Welcome!
It's time to introduce yourselves! Use the form below to get out there and start plotting. New and old players alike are encouraged to post to the Intro & CR.

- Characters can arrive in-game on any date throughout the month of the TDM. This means characters do not have to, and typically will not, arrive all at once. Arrivals will be scattered and more difficult to predict. Use this to stagger CR, give characters a couple weeks without seeing each other, or whatever you feel makes it interesting!
- Since base AC is low, players need to make AC for their first month. TDM threads continued into the month are perfectly acceptable as long as the comments submitted take place in the current month.
- We've made some updates to the Invites page to reflect the game's current player cap status and added a player cap count to the Taken page. Our player cap is formally 70 players. The FAQ has also been updated to reflect these changes.
- A reminder that the 2 characters per round allocation was for the first round only. Moving forward, all players, current and new, can only apply for one character per app round. (You may still have a total of 2 characters.)

(FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH, the current mk run is probably the only modern/current run of anything i have virtually nothing but good things to say about)
i'd say bruce comes across as slightly better adjusted than marc, but marc has never willingly had a sidekick so who's the loser now hey.
okay but i'll be honest, this is why i eternally cling to the hope that one day there'll be a british comics character i actually give a shit about because please let me use my london knowledge for good.
like two, sort of three, of marc's therapists have tried to kill him IT'S FINE HE GETS FUCKED UP USES OF PSYCH DEGREES. (he's actually just come from dealing with a former pal-turned therapist-turned villain who was trying to sonically mind control all of nyc into violence). and good luck using his nightmares against him!! (he had a whole-ass enemy with dream powers and his most recent encounter had him realising he was in a dream because it ... wasn't... a nightmare, like jfc marc)
the clown will definitely get a side-eye and he'll concede that overall that sounds worse than new york so VERY GOOD QUESTION why indeed do people live there (i honestly think that based off mk's experiences and the name, he will definitely imagine batman to be more of a spider-man type than. how batman actually is.)

Anyway. Likewise very excited for his nosy ass to start poking around about Marc’s moon stuff. at least you got a reason why you got dragged back from the grave, he had to fuck around and decide it was about vengeance all on his own (this is not at all a better situation for Marc, actually)

you say "at least he has a reason" and HE DOES NOW but the og run never makes it clear at any single point whether khonshu exists or whether marc just had a really intense near-death experience. he spends a lot of time in the early years talking to a statue.

Tbh he’s more like their version of the Lizard (???) (scientist guy injects himself with horrific things, becomes animal themed supervillain) but the joke was very compelling to me
