Welcome!
It's time to introduce yourselves! Use the form below to get out there and start plotting. New and old players alike are encouraged to post to the Intro & CR.

- Characters can arrive in-game on any date throughout the month of the TDM. This means characters do not have to, and typically will not, arrive all at once. Arrivals will be scattered and more difficult to predict. Use this to stagger CR, give characters a couple weeks without seeing each other, or whatever you feel makes it interesting!
- Since base AC is low, players need to make AC for their first month. TDM threads continued into the month are perfectly acceptable as long as the comments submitted take place in the current month.
- We've made some updates to the Invites page to reflect the game's current player cap status and added a player cap count to the Taken page. Our player cap is formally 70 players. The FAQ has also been updated to reflect these changes.
- A reminder that the 2 characters per round allocation was for the first round only. Moving forward, all players, current and new, can only apply for one character per app round. (You may still have a total of 2 characters.)

How do you feel about our TDM thread? Should we keep it or go for something else as their first meeting? I'm game for either option!
Some thoughts for these two:
- Daisy volunteers as tribute to be a texting buddy! She's a millennial who's kind of
extremelyaddicted to her phone, and she is going to have some serious withdrawal going from her super high-tech smartphone to these old school bricks.- Once they get to know each other a bit, she might offer him a part-time gig as a bodyguard? She's going to do some occasional cage fighting at the Dome, and while she can definitely take care of herself, she's not convinced someone might try to jump her and take her winnings after a match.
- She could also use some tips on keeping her crappy van running, since she's planning on making frequent scavenging trips out into the diffusion zones where there aren't many mechanics around.

I'd be very down to keep our TDM thread as a "damn we saw some shit" for a first encounter if that's cool with you!
- I love the idea of her texting at him so yes pls to this!
- Oooh yeah, he could be down for that, too!
- He would absolutely lend pointers, too, I think that's a big aspect of this setting that he's going to be really interested in, just learning a lot about the cars here and fixing them up so I can see them connecting on that a lot if she's making trips like that!
