Welcome to our first EMP! If you're unsure of who to app, are deciding between characters, or simply want to see who's bringing who, you can participate below. It is not a reserve. Reserves will open May 28.

The EMP is open to all. You don't need an invite to post to it. If you're curious about the game and are looking to see if you click, you can start here.

• If considering multiple characters, post each one individually under a top-level comment with your PLAYER NAME in the subject line.
• The TDM is scheduled for May 15. It will be open to all. No invite required to participate.
• Invite requests will open with the TDM on May 15. You're welcome to submit earlier but we will not be answering them until after the TDM opens.
• The TDM will have a section where you can express interest in receiving an invite if you don't know anyone in the game. Requests are public but replies to requests will be private.
• For the first round only, all invited players can app up to 2 characters provided they are not from the same franchise or canon. Playing from the same franchise/canon is allowed, but you can't apply for both in a single round. See the FAQ for more.

In the future, we'll also have a separate ATP form. Since the game is brand new, however, you'll find a small ATP section in the EMP form instead where you can ask for castmates alongside your EMP post!

Name: Nadiya Loreni
Canon: The Shades of Magic book series by V.E. Schwab (first appears in The Fragile Threads of Power — book 4).
About: Nadiya is a noblewoman who married into the royal family so she could live her dreams of disappearing into her mad scientist laboratory and never come out. She has a very "true neutral" moral compass, may or may not end up being an antagonist in the wider story, and has an alarming fascination with powerful people.
Plans/Ideas: let her vivisect someone who wants to teach a woman from Fantasy 1830s how to drive a car?

Any characters you want to see in the game? I'd be very surprised if anyone wanted to play from these books! Lila for the conflict, Alucard for the friendship.

About: Kimiko is a mute murder gremlin. She's an ex-terrorist drugged with super powers and is now trying to bring down an organisation evil superheroes while having perpetual relationship drama! She wants to be a normal person and also rip fools apart with her bare hands.
Plans/Ideas: I'd like to explore her S4 development in a different way! Help soften her without gestures at The Boys writing

telepathy (if something kimiko is down for) would make communicating with them easily, but i'm also super down for wanda getting to learn how to communicate with kimiko in whatever way she feels most comfortable. i also peeked @ the wiki and i see they have similarities re: a brother.... hm
