Welcome to our first EMP! If you're unsure of who to app, are deciding between characters, or simply want to see who's bringing who, you can participate below. It is not a reserve. Reserves will open May 28.

The EMP is open to all. You don't need an invite to post to it. If you're curious about the game and are looking to see if you click, you can start here.

• If considering multiple characters, post each one individually under a top-level comment with your PLAYER NAME in the subject line.
• The TDM is scheduled for May 15. It will be open to all. No invite required to participate.
• Invite requests will open with the TDM on May 15. You're welcome to submit earlier but we will not be answering them until after the TDM opens.
• The TDM will have a section where you can express interest in receiving an invite if you don't know anyone in the game. Requests are public but replies to requests will be private.
• For the first round only, all invited players can app up to 2 characters provided they are not from the same franchise or canon. Playing from the same franchise/canon is allowed, but you can't apply for both in a single round. See the FAQ for more.

In the future, we'll also have a separate ATP form. Since the game is brand new, however, you'll find a small ATP section in the EMP form instead where you can ask for castmates alongside your EMP post!

RP TO THE RESCUE my favorite tbh as there's so many characters i wanna know and not enough time!! also hsr is A Lot even as someone who loves it SLKFJS but yes please for all the silly and existential always, i hope they can run various street signs over and somehow one of those signs is the breaking point but not everything else going on

cue one or both of them absolutely losing it while everyone else drives by and is like ??? it's just a stop sign

help just both of them full head in hands having a full crisis and multiple people driving by thinking they have a flat or something but no they're just deep in the sauce rn. all over a stop sign....................... please i want this so bad even if it doesn't come in this exact flavor, i'll be on the look out for you!!!

LMAO PLEASE I ALSO WANT THIS we're absolutely doing it! ready for them to have these moments and then go back to being... strong...? debatable for sunday since it's more like he's just going to stuff feelings right back down in there somewhere until the next time. he's totally Fine but that just means time for MORE SILLINESS

oh no the repression will absolutely be from both of them if they just keep acting like nothing is wrong surely NOTHING WILL BE WRONG!!! ( eldritch horrors loom ) goes to learn about food carts and eats an undercooked hotdog or something

i'm excited for however this shakes out now LMAO how long will they go until they actually talk about something. we don't know! but we will have plenty of nonsense to put them through until they crack.

SLFDKMS this is PERFECT, they'll just ignore the eldritch horrors for something obviously more distressing: an imperfect meal. maybe someone stubs their toe. things that are CLEARLY actual inconveniences and not whatever it is they're doing here

i'm also so excited for this, i'm so ready for them to not have an in depth conversation until suddenly It Happens

imperfect meals, stubbed toes, running over traffic signs, locking themselves out of their cars, getting rained on... it causes more psychic damage to them than like, the giant unknowable thing that's threatening their life idk

i am a huge sucker for slowburn in every form but this one! this one!!! i think this one's got the potential to be brilliant LMAO

ME TOO, any slow burn is always beloved to me but i love the silly to not so silly layers this is gonna have... I'M VERY EXCITED because i can't wait to see where they go!

also what (actual) damage occurs in game aside from the very serious (small) disasters (things that barely register as troubles) they encounter because even if they're gonna have the traffic accidents i feel like they should also have some meet up to complain, for good measure LMAO

OH FOR SURE i love aftermath threads as much as silly ones... we'll find a way to do varying degrees of silly even as they slowly lose their minds over minor traffic violations LMAO

she's got a stiff upper lip so she'll try very hard to be "this is fine!" about it all but i think eventually if sunday runs into her enough and asks she'll eventually crack... will it be the Big Events or the Little Events, we'll find out
