Welcome to our first EMP! If you're unsure of who to app, are deciding between characters, or simply want to see who's bringing who, you can participate below. It is not a reserve. Reserves will open May 28.

- If considering multiple characters, post each one individually under a top-level comment with your PLAYER NAME in the subject line.
- The TDM is scheduled for May 15. It will be open to all. No invite required to participate.
- Invite requests will open with the TDM on May 15. You're welcome to submit earlier but we will not be answering them until after the TDM opens.
- The TDM will have a section where you can express interest in receiving an invite if you don't know anyone in the game. Requests are public but replies to requests will be private.
- For the first round only, all invited players can app up to 2 characters provided they are not from the same franchise or canon. Playing from the same franchise/canon is allowed, but you can't apply for both in a single round. See the FAQ for more.
In the future, we'll also have a separate ATP form. Since the game is brand new, however, you'll find a small ATP section in the EMP form instead where you can ask for castmates alongside your EMP post!

Lucy MacLean from Fallout (TV)
Character
Name: Lucy MacLean
Canon: Fallout (TV Series)
About: Lucy MacLean is your very average vault dweller from the perfectly normal meritocracy of Vault 33, in the year 2296! Though the daughter of the vault Overseer, she's worked her butt off her whole life to be reasonably skilled at a good deal of things AND remain physically healthy so she could live up to her necessary destiny of bearing the next generation of vault dwellers... who would finally go to the surface!!
By the way, everyone on the surface of the world is dead (presumably) after a nuclear war wiped out the world (presumably). America's fucked, at least! However, the vault dwellers don't know that, considering they've been in Vault 33 for 200 years, and they were raised to think they would be eventually leaving the vault once the land was no longer deathly radioactive in order to spawn the next generation of America.
Until, of course, a bunch of raiders break in, kidnap her dad, and Lucy decides that, by golly, she's not gonna stand for that and she's gonna leave the vault that has ALWAYS been her home to find him!
Raised in traditional American values, Lucy is a kind, patient do-gooder with a naive streak that gets absolutely obliterated as she attempts to survive the post-nuclear war wasteland that is the great U.S of A! She's very frank about most things and approaches problems head-on, but lacks the finesse of socialization that comes with, uh... not being raised in a nuclear fallout shelter for her entire life. Fallout specifically is a world that sort of mixes 1940s/1950s Americana with futuristic technology, so she knows modern pop culture to be black and white cowboy movies... but also knows how to fix up a robot, if she needs to!
Plans/Ideas: Generally Diadem is similar to the wasteland, but obviously this place has WAY more people in it, and they generally appear to be thriving! It helps that the water is not radioactive (probably) and the cars actually work and haven't been rusting for hundreds of years!! She will be FASCINATED with how ancient some of this technology is, but how helpful it can be! Generally my plans with her involve her getting into being a car mechanic/tinkerer, and being as helpful as she can be!
Basically, we always need more women in STEM, and she's here to fulfill that need.
Any characters you want to see in the game? OBVIOUSLY the Ghoul would be AMAZING, but also my goodest boy Max!!

Honestly you're selling me with this, I think Amos and her would be REALLY fun. I don't know too much about him but I did RP with one in the past and I think having someone very sincere being his friend (despite all the murder) would be really sweet...
