Welcome to our first EMP! If you're unsure of who to app, are deciding between characters, or simply want to see who's bringing who, you can participate below. It is not a reserve. Reserves will open May 28.

The EMP is open to all. You don't need an invite to post to it. If you're curious about the game and are looking to see if you click, you can start here.

• If considering multiple characters, post each one individually under a top-level comment with your PLAYER NAME in the subject line.
• The TDM is scheduled for May 15. It will be open to all. No invite required to participate.
• Invite requests will open with the TDM on May 15. You're welcome to submit earlier but we will not be answering them until after the TDM opens.
• The TDM will have a section where you can express interest in receiving an invite if you don't know anyone in the game. Requests are public but replies to requests will be private.
• For the first round only, all invited players can app up to 2 characters provided they are not from the same franchise or canon. Playing from the same franchise/canon is allowed, but you can't apply for both in a single round. See the FAQ for more.

In the future, we'll also have a separate ATP form. Since the game is brand new, however, you'll find a small ATP section in the EMP form instead where you can ask for castmates alongside your EMP post!

About: He's an asshole anti-hero who was a husband and a father until somebody slaughtered his family, and then he went from dad to smad and started depression-murdering gang members and killers and junk. He's a paranoid isolationist who can be charismatic, but usually actively chooses not to be, because fuck it and everyone and everything and also himself.
Plans/Ideas: I'm probably bringing him in post Punisher S1 / at the beginning of S2E01, which means he's the most stable and personable he's ever been since the incident. My plan is to spend a couple of months building CR with him at his almost-best, and then really fucking shake that shit up when he starts going all Punisher on the raiders and scavengers on the city outskirts. I wanna do some real rocky 'healing isn't linear' type regression with him, make him hard to love, but then whiplash you motherfuckers by having him demonstrate some real selfless loyalty to his close cr afterward so there's a full spectrum of Frank Being Frank And It's Complicated. I also want him to adopt a murder child. Thank you and good day.

Any characters you want to see in the game?

Aside from dd/punisher/mcus, I'd love to see some Stranger Things kids (especially Max or Eleven) for primo dad moves, or an X-23 for the same reason — basically just give me a murder child to vibe out the chemistry with!

also in realness I am tossing myself between Maelle (from Clair Obscur, don't worry if) you haven't heard of it) and Lucy, but if I do go for Maelle if Frank wants a murder child, he can have one (though she murders monsters..... so far)

hi!! here to say that all your three options are very good, and i'm keen on throwing wanda @ any of your characters to maximize shenanigans. i think the canon point i'm considering bringing wanda from will probably make for very interesting cr with frank.

you know how i feel about wanda and laura, tho if i'm understanding correctly she's the adult version? i think they'd vibe.

Laura would be an adult but still a teenager, so still Plenty of Room for Activities in the found family department for them too!!

Plans/Ideas: Look, I don't know man. The peer pressure might be swaying me. I'm still on the fence about it. I'll at least throw him on the TDM. If I do app, it's gonna be all about that cross-canon, baybee. Found family, flings, ride or die ships, wherever the vibes organically take us.

Any characters you want to see in the game?

Aside from the ones I've maybe-enabled (you know who you are) I'd love a Din Djarin. Dean and Mando CR would be incredible.

Canon: X-Men / MCU
About: Former weaponized child soldier turned Void survivor turned stoic badass. Metal claws, slight temper issues, lots of feral yelling. This place honestly won't be altogether too different from what she's used to, actually.
Plans/Ideas: I had to break up the sausagefest of dads. If I brought her in, it'd be all about establishing new connections with people, finding people she's decided to protect with her entire ass life, and exploring the nature of personhood / relationship building within her relatively recent understanding of autonomy. Lots of nomadic survivalism shit. Maybe a little lowkey understated heroism??

Any characters you want to see in the game?

I had a fantastic thread with her and a Jubilee once, I'd love something like that again! Other young adult survival types like Ellie TheLastOfUs for her to bond with. Anybody from the Void or that has experienced the TVA's fuckery who might hashtag relate.
