"...I understand, I think. If I do not, please do correct me."
Glenn attempts to look around in the dark, trying to find little ways to brighten the room with what little natural light he can scrounge up. Perhaps he should find some mirrors. He could surely use those sometime, if this happens again. Give the light different places to go.
Alas, he has nothing here to do that.
As it is, Glenn's still standing around, though certainly not completely still. There's a listlessness to it all-- easy enough to see once Connor's eyes acclimate. Easy enough to hear with the way his feet sometimes shuffle against the floor, rather than fully pick up off of it.
"...There is always time to learn your preferences. I am glad that you are. No matter your circumstances."
A beat, as he considers.
"I will... tell you now, that your inner workings-- if I am close enough, I can hear them a bit. Not as well as I normally would be able to. I am disclosing this so that you know."
There's no distinct point to it, however.
"I have been awake for a bit over three centuries now. Alone for much of it. It is no trouble to have company sometimes."
His instincts urge him to touch, but he refrains.
"I would like to ruffle your hair, if that is acceptable. If it is not, then I hope that the sentiment is not troubling to you."
