[ Not that Charles can necessarily blame them or be overly judgmental. It is not his way. He is new to this place and he can see how people have more or less been broken down into their worst selves. That's part of the problem of being infested with too many voices right then. He understands the logic behind them, albeit without too much sympathy for people who planned on hurting both of them.
