[ The longer Sunday spends driving, the more he realizes something: he's taken the transportation methods on Penacony and within the star systems for granted. Some of those might've been lengthy, but they certainly don't compare to having to drive what he feels are drawn out distances even if they barely qualify, though he's adjusting to it well enough. Mostly. It won't be long before his car only has some dents he's responsible for compared to the many it already possessed.

Sunday wouldn't go so far as to say he's used to the noises this car makes. It'll take time before though in time the tight grip he has on the steering wheel will (very) slowly lessen to be more of a (relatively) normal grip. A particularly suspicious sputter gets him to tense each time though the car continues rolling on. It'd help if he could find something to listen to on the radio to cover some of it up, but whatever stations there are prove too difficult to locate. Static isn't nearly as settling as music would be though he tries it for a few seconds before shutting the radio off with a grimace. What he wouldn't give to have any of the records from home.

It's worth one more try as he spins the dial to see if something will come in. The snippet of sound which comes through the speakers is so welcome it completely distracts him from paying attention to the road. Unfortunately for Sunday, the moment he takes his eyes away is the exact one where the car jolts and then abruptly swerves to one side. With clenched teeth he manages to regain control - not that it was very out of control to begin with - to coast it to a stop on the shoulder and turns the engine off.

In the silence, he heaves a weary sigh before getting out and then immediately presses his lips into a thin line of displeasure upon seeing the flat tire though he erases it by the time he looks to Adrian. ]

I think there was something in the manual warning about this. [ He even remembers the steps thanks to studying it to the point of almost memorization. A small furrow appears on his brow as Sunday glances towards the car's trunk next. ] Supposedly there's tools for this.

[ Knowing the steps is a lot different than knowing the process, as he's about to find out. ]
