[ It seems that he and Eddie have taken different approaches to their debt. While Bob finds himself more or less resigned to it (because, hey, what can you do?), he has at least set about trying to pay it off because he's been in this position before. And without the know how on how to get home something familiar, if albeit a little shitty, is something he can focus on until someone here can figure out how to get them all home.

But man. He hadn't missed this life. This being having little money to his name and only being able to afford shitty food from the vending machine. The low hum of the neon signs outside reflect the hum in his head making it hard for him to concentrate on the off-brand choices presented to him and it's a choice he'll have to make later.

The lights cut and he suddenly feels a weight fall against him causing him to yelp in surprise. Bob before Project Sentry would have fallen onto the floor in a heap. But that's not the case now. He grabs a hold of the lanky frame that's holding onto him. There's a huff of amusement to his voice as he rights Eddie. ]

I've had worse introductions. [ Which is to say, he's good. And though he's still got that levity to his voice, he can't help but sound a little glum. ] But I don't think we're getting anything out of this vending machine.
