"I, uh," he says, a bit hesitant to give too much information away too quickly but then again, what's the worst that can happen in a place like this? "Not everyone, no. I'm a member of the Arcana, the ruling class of New Atlantis, and that fire trick is connected to my Aspect. It's... A physical manifestation of my power, I guess. Most people outside the Arcana don't have one." He hesitates again, before, "They can do cantrips though. Like this." He lifts a hand and calls a small, golden ball of light into existence that floats lazily above his palm.
