Or it could be an older model being refurbished. Either way, it's fresher. If Jack saw those tinted windows he might get suspicious but he also might not even notice or think it was something cool and unique rather than strange. But he's killed multiple vampires, he knows about the sunlight. Not that he goes around killing everything in sight. That's his family's way.
