It's not Jayce--he knows that much. Viktor would know that particular signature anywhere, and this is not that. Still, for someone to even passively touch this space, they must be some kind of mage, or have powers similar to his own. That in itself is intriguing, and enough for him to pry, even if it might not be welcome.

"Sorry to intrude."

The chair is the first thing he notices--how tired this man looks, the second. He's well acquainted with presenting himself here how he wants to be seen, without the limitations of disability or illness or even simple exhaustion. In this case, he's fully human, not wanting to alarm anyone.
