[ One thing Erik's gotten used to is keeping track of time. He's been in a few situations where it was hard to lose his grip on that. The camps, his time with Shaw, the years in prison. At times, counting the days is the one thing that kept him sane.
At least here, he can tell when the days begin and end. Time is marked. It's easier to not forget. And he doesn't intend to lose notion of how long he ends up staying here. ]
I've seen a number of recent arrivals, during this week, and some who arrived shortly before me too. But from what I've gathered so far, no one that lives here is native to this world. Even those who were born here are descendants of people who came from different realities themselves.
