[ For a minute or two, Logan's quiet. They've had a lot of conversations by Logan's time. He spent a while thinking Charles was dead, and he hasn't forgotten it. How it felt, knowing he'd never see him again. Until he did. And even with the world collapsing around them, Charles was still there for all of them. He knows it'll take time, but hell, time's never been a problem for him. If there's anything he has too much of, it's time.
Maybe the day will come when he finds in himself what Charles sees. For now, it's enough that one of them does.
He cracks open a half-fizzed bottle of his own. He's outta beer, so. These will do. ]
