works for me!

(she isn't too bad at this, not at noticing when people want to make her doing something an issue. she's good at handling herself in a fight, she needed to be while taking care of her family back then. her little sister needed it. hell, vi would have liked if one day they could have made it out from the bottom together. somewhere nicer than dying down in the undercity. but that's dreaming a little too big for someone like her.

it's not hard to miss, she's got that look to her. tattoos and piercings aside, that look of someone that's gone through a lot. none of it good. but she tries. she manages. rolling with the punches and biding her time was typical of her, more than it had been as a child. it's something she had to learn as a lesson while locked up in prison for crimes that were pinned on her that fateful night her family fell to pieces.

only difference is, she's alone here. cait? she had no idea where she is, if she even did show up. which vi doubts, she doesn't even know if anyone else from back home could have found themselves around the pavilion. not even around panorama itself, but the pavilion and some seedy yet cheap hotel or apartments.

she would have been fine, if she got into a fight, but a part of her is more relieved that the guy staring backed away. best she didn't make it a habit before she glances in logan's direction. he looks older, a lot more. for a second she thinks about vander and how he would have done the same thing....he almost looks like a dead ringer for a second.

it took a lot to not call him "vander".)

Thanks. I'll remember that, still getting used to half the shit in here.

(a lot of the tech used is foreign to her. phones, cars, she's almost like a fish out of water. still, vi can manage. somehow. she's gotten this far, she'll get further along. and who knows, maybe she might find some people that can watch her back.)
