Do regular skills count as powers/abilities a mannequin can assimilate? Like say, you wanted your character's mannequin to run around stealing parts to build something weapon/bomb-like (items to self-destruct before completion so the mannequin not going around adding a bunch of ghost guns or handmade grenades to the setting)?
