About: Daisy comes from the unloved stepchild of the early days of the MCU. She started off her hero's journey as a hacktivist who was such a thorn in SHIELD's side that a newly not dead Phil Coulson rolled up and offered her a job. Over the seven seasons of the little show that could, she faced the betrayal of people she trusted (teammate revealed to be Hydra, mom turned out to be a supervillain and killed her, best friend medically tortured her to save the world), a whole lot of trauma (the deaths of many loved ones in the line of duty, being mind-controlled and forced to love the thing behind it, being tortured for her superpowers), and more than one near-apocalypse (which she had the heavy task of helping avert). But despite all the trauma and guilt she carries with her, not to mention the hate groups and politicians questioning her right as an Inhuman to exist, she still cares deeply for other people and firmly believes she was given a gift to help stop bad people from doing bad things. Her moral compass is firm, and she holds to her beliefs—unless someone she loves is in danger. (If that bit about Inhumans sounds familiar, it's because the MCU tried substituting them for mutants when Fox was still its own entity and refused to give up the rights to X-Men. Results were of mixed quality.)

friends and found family. Daisy does not do well on her own. She is someone whose sense of self-worth is so damaged that she will put every other person first and forget to look after herself, so she really needs someone to remind her that she matters too. Also, she's no stranger to the multiverse or concepts like time travel and alternate realities, and helping other people is very much Her Thing, so whoever she attaches herself to had best be prepared for a ride or die friend for life with earthquake powers.
fellow protectors of the innocent. Even before she had superpowers, she did everything she could to protect people, and she'll be doing the same here in this messed-up world they've been dropped into. She'll end up struggling with the fact that she can't save everyone, and things are just too big for her to change this world into something better, so please, someone help her find small ways to make a difference.
people to scavenge/explore with. She doesn't do well sitting still, and she's never had a "normal" job a day in her life, so she'll be subscribing to the scavenger lifestyle to pay her way.
maybe eventually romance? It's been three years since her boyfriend sacrificed himself for her to save the world, and she's finally in an okay enough place to try finding a smidge of happiness again. She had a hint of something back home, but they were in the middle of saving the planet, and then she kind of died, so. Yeah.
Plots/Plans:
So far, Daisy's mainly been weighing her options. She's been sleeping in her van because it's what she knows (she lived in a van for two years, so it's a bit nostalgic), though she'd really do much better finding someone she trusts and living with them instead. She's been scoping out the cage fighting scene as a way to make some occasional money, and has gone out scavenging a few times as an alternative revenue stream. Her skills include computer hacking, subterfuge, weapons and hand-to-hand training, and the ability to be a coherent human being on almost no sleep, so she's open to a variety of options that can help her keep the proverbial lights on. (She's already resorted to the occasional practice of pickpocketing assholes.)
She's still trying to figure this place out and working to gather as much information as she can. Her current theory is this place is either some kind of fucked up afterlife or it's something like the planet Sakaar, a place where people wash up from all over the universe. Whatever the case may be, if she gets wind of even a shred of hope there might be a way to get people home, she'll focus on doing everything she can to make that happen.
I'd love to get her involved in anything of the "wtf???" cosmic horror variety, and really want to use these first few months to get her some firm CR established.
I'm happy to keep any TDM threads as canon and continue tagging them, or start something fresh if our thread didn't get far! Daisy will likely only hit up the pool party if someone drags her there for the food and alcohol, so if anyone happens to need a ride and then convinces her to stay for a bit...
Limits: Not looking for any sworn enemies just yet! Also not interested in interactions with child characters right now.
